Meet Mamasita!Our restaurant was named after my mother, Alice Gardner. "Mamasita" means "little mother" in Spanish. I've always loved my Mom's cooking. So in 1990, Mamasitas was opened, featuring the same, delicious recipes I grew up with. Almost 8 years later, Mom is still active in the daily operation of Mamasitas (her specialty is Enchiladas).
